Bette and Lou's Australian Outback Adventure Books

Bette and Lou’s story is one of a series of Australian outback adventure books filled with humour, heart and life on an Australian farm. When newlyweds Bette and Lou leave England behind for a new life on their very own Australian outback farm, they quickly discover that life Down Under is going to be nothing like they imagined.

Lou is ready for adventure. Bette is not quite so sure.

There’s scorching heat, unfamiliar food, unexpected wildlife and a farm full of animals with very definite ideas of their own. From a horse who finds himself in the bathtub to a stubborn goat, a mischievous rat and a fox with an eye on the eggs, there is rarely a quiet moment at Bette and Lou’s new home.

Filled with humour, heart and wonderfully chaotic characters, Bette and Lou’s Outback Adventures is a story about finding home in an unfamiliar place, making friends, embracing differences — and discovering that sometimes the greatest adventures are the ones you never planned.

A little bit of Australia.
A whole lot of mischief.
And one very unforgettable farm.
